Just looked, and I'd be a bit weary as it doesn't list the RAM Manufacture's name or anything. True, it does list who made the Chips themselves, but not the stick. Caveat Empor.
Another thing that may matter to you, or not: is that if you plan on O'Cing your P4 with 1024MB of ram there are some issues with this. I have read many users with 512MB X2 having problems O'Cing to a level they would like. In terms of pure FSB #'s, hitting 250FSB is easy, but anything beyond that is a real challenge. Of course O'Cing mainly depends on your quality of RAM 99% of the time. I myself have 512MB X2 of HyperX PC3500 and I thought I would be able to hit like, FSB 275 or 270. I did, but nothing was stable at that FSB. I'm now down to the FSB 250-255 Range. I know I have HQ Ram, but I just think its the 1GB that is the prob. If you want to O'C you may want to go with 256X2 of a good brand of ram.
But I really think that the O'Cing difficulties is when using 1GB total of ram. But thats just my opinion.
