how do you disable fast write in IC7-Max3
my video card gives me corrupted images and i was informed that disabling fastwrite could help
i know there is a setting in smartgart... but mine is missing
so the only way is disabling it from the bios of the mobo

If you own an ATi Radeon card, you can disable fastwrites in the ATi control panel. If the smartgart tab is missing, try re-installing the newest ATi drivers.

If the IC7-Max3 bios is like my AI7, there is no option in bios for fastwrites.

I have reinstalled the driver a couple of times
I've even tried reinstalling windows just to make sure everything is "fresh"
i still couldnt get the smartgart tab
did u install the catalyst.exe or the 3 separate files?
is there any other way besides smartgart?

Omega's ATi Drivers have fast writes turned off.
