Abit IC7-MAX3 & SLK900u Can it fit?

I have a SLK900u that I just took off my NF2 board that I just sold. I am going to be buying a 3ghz P4 and Abit IC7-MAX3 motherboard. I would like to know if any of you have been able to make these two fit together? I really do not want to spend more money now since I will be spending more on memory and the this board than I planned. Thanks.
