Hello,

I have a motherboard ABIT IC7-G and i have a one problem with this motherboard.
When I start PC, the motherboard give me a message:

Award BootBlock BIOS v1.0

BIOS ROM checksum error

Detecting floppy drive A media...
INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

Detecting floppy drive A media...

Drive media is : 1.44Mb

Automatic Load AWDFLASH.EXE .....
!! ERROR -- Load AWDFLASH.EXE Faild !!
Replace the DISK AND PRESS ENTER


I don't know what happend.
Please help me.

Well, it looks like it wants you to flash the BIOS.

Is the CMOS jumper set to clear by chance?

Bad battery perhaps?
