ABIT IC7-G, P4 3.0 GHz and TT SubZeroG4

tomorrow I´ll put together my new ABIT IC7-G, Pentium 4 3,0C and Thermaltake SubZeroG4 cooling unit.

Now I have several questions:

Does anyone in this forum use the same components ? If so, what are your experiences ?

What CPU temperatures can I expect ?

What is the jumper on the SubZeroG4 PCI-card for ? (user-manual tells not to remove it...)
