Abit FX5600, will not run dual displays with TV-out?

My Geforce 3, and both Geforce 4s that had TV-out were all able to use the clone dual display function with a CRT and the TV-out. Just recently picked up an Abit FX5600 256MB with VIVO and the drivers wont let me do dual displays. Is this an FX limitation? Or do i have a driver issue of some kind?

1024MB PC3200 CAS3 memory
Abit FX5600
integrated sound and lan
