ABIT Fatal1ty AN8-SLI or ASUS A8N-SLI Premium

Guess I should have said what all i'm going to be using one for. I'll probably overclock, but nothing to extreme measures. Since I'm mainly a gamer, is the Fatal1ty truly a gamers motherboard, or is it just a marketing gimmic?

I would say mainly marketing. I just got my A8N-SLI Premium and am really enjoying it so far. I would say go with it and yo should be happy.

Question about the Fatal1ty though.. wouldn't the motherboards fan get in the way of the videocard, or at least be very close to it?

Yes, I heard that has been a problem for some people.

danger den sells specific water blocks for the asus board... SLI water cooled 6800s anyone?

the asus board only pumps 3.0v to memory, so no VX from OCZ

the abit board can do 3.2v

I went ahead and got the Fatal1ty. I probably spent 30 mins reading reviews for it and i'm thus satisfied.
