Abit/Epox RMA any good?

I had a terrible experience trying to RMA something with these clowns. Took 3 months and the BBB to finally get it.
 
I have an Albatron GF4 Ti4200 128MB card but haven't had to inquire into RMA service...
 
I don't know anything about Epox, Abit supposedly charges you a flat fee of $25 every time you RMA a motherboard.
 
I RMA'd an under warranty mobo to Abit and didn't pay them anything. Got another back fast too.

From Abit's site, "You agree to pay USD 25 for current out of warranty charges."
