ABIT class action suit about bad capacitors

There's a class action lawsuit concerning certain ABIT mobos: BE6, BE6II, BF6, BX-133, KA7, KA7-100, SE6, VH6, VH6II, VH6T, VP6, KT7-RAID, KT7A, KT7A-RAID, VL6, VT6X4, SA6R, AND BX133-RAID.

Well, I have a KT7A-RAID with bulging/leaking caps, but I'm in the UK and that class action refers to USA residents only

ABIT replaces the capacitors on any of their motherboards for free.

They must have changed their policy then because when I complained to AbitUK 18 months ago, they wanted to charge me £55.00 plus VAT! (@17.5%) About £64.00 (approx $120.00)

I think I'll contact them again
