ABIT !C7-G MB fan problem

Fan appears to be laboring as it spins and almost seems to be wobling slightly as it rotates. This just started happening and I'm wondering if this is most likely just the fan or could it be indicative of a possibly bigger/different problem?

Is it possible to replace the North Bridge fan to test it? If so would appreciate suggestions on a good fan. Thanks for any help.
