D Daemon_UK Senior member Oct 9, 1999 806 0 0 Sep 11, 2001 #1 Making up a PC to do some dedicated tasks. Using a 500 Mhz Celery, and 128 MB Ram, and Abit BX6 Mobo. It doesn't regonise the IBM 60GXP 7200 rpm HD. HD detection in the bios just hangs.. What can I do, do I need a new mobo?

(ftp site) The bios I have downloaded works very well. Both my IBM 60GXP drives work now. Just installed WinXP, and its running like a champ...
