Abit BX6 R2 and 256mb sticks or RAM.

Are there any problems with the BX6 R2 and 256mb sticks?

I seem to recall having a problem with systems locking up when loaded with 4x256, but I dont know if single 256 meg sticks are alright.
 
I use 2 256 and 1 128 modules. everything fine.

BX6 rev 2 especially has a 6 chip buffer (the tiny chips next to the slots..) to insure stable operation with all banks filled....
