abit bx6 2.0 ps2 port problem

I have an abit bx6 2.0 board and just flashed it with the latest bios. Afterwards, after I shutdown and the computer turns off, my optical mouse and keyboard numlock led stay on. I tried turning on and off some options like the mouse/keyboard poweron feature in the bios but nothing changed. Could it be that with this new bios, the power going to the ps/2 ports are always powered? Only if I turn off the power supply or unplug it does the power go off ont he mouse and keyboard. Anyone else seen this, if so, please help!
