abit bx6 2.0 - problem with power going to ps/2 port

I have an abit bx6 2.0 board and just flashed it with the latest bios. Afterwards, after I shutdown and the computer turns off, my optical mouse and keyboard numlock led are still lit. I tried turning on and off some options like the mouse/keyboard poweron feature in the bios but nothing changed. Could it be that with this new bios, the power going to the ps/2 ports are always powered? Anyone else seen this, if so, help!

Yes, this is normal. I have the same board, and no matter how I toggle the power on via hotkey/mouse on/off, the power stays on to the optical mouse and keyboard. I'm using the latest QR bios and have had this condition --if you want to call it that --with both ACPI and regular APM.
