ABIT BX133 RAID Beeping?

Here are the system specs:

Abit BX133 RAID
PIII 1gHz 133FSB
256MB Spectek PC133
Voodoo 5 5500
SB Live!
2x Maxtor 20GB 7200RPM HD

Initializes fine, POSTs OK, starts to beep during startup routine - a long droning beep. Won't stop. I unplugged the speaker - that seems to work, but I'm thinkin' there's a bit more to it.

RAID 0 set up perfectly. No problems there.

No overclocking - manually set the CPU information both ways - using the jumpers, as well as the SoftmenuIII.

I'm going to try to install W2K, which I expect to work, but I'd like to know if anyone's got info on the ABIT beep codes.

A long/continuous beep with Award bios means there's a system memory problem. If reseating it doesn't help (or installing in different slots), and you see all your memory in the post, it's possible that you may have to change brands and/or upgrade to higher quality memory to use that fsb speed.
