ABIT BH7 help with USB

I am building a computer with the ABIT BH7 and I am having issues with the USB. It is looking for the USB Controller and I cannot find that anywhere. Its not on the Mobo CD or on the Win 2000 CD.

Specs:
ABIT BH7
Win 2000 SP3
Lian-Li PC 60 (2 front usb 2.0)

The BH7 has USB 2.0 and so does the case. Does Win 2000 support USB 2.0? The mobo manual says to load the USB from the CD. I found it nowhere on the menu. It is located in the directory, but when I tried to load it from there, it failed. This may be bcs of the missing USB controller. Every time I boot the computer, it looks for the USB controller. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
