Rev 1.01 BH6 - friend's computer.
Keyboard doesn't work if SB Live! is installed (doesn't matter which slot). He's tried moving it around and manually assigning IRQ 5. No go.
What gives?
(I've told him to install the latest drivers if he hasn't already done so.)
Edit: Windows 98 by the way. I'm not 100% yet of the rest of his components.
