Abit BH6; Can it use a PIII 700E?

I have a version 1.01 BH6 and need to know if it can run a PIII 700E, either FCPGA or Slot 1. I have seen the SS bios on the ABIT download but it doesn't say anything about the PIII above 600 MHZ. Would like to go with the Full 700E versus the Celeron II 700. Thanks.

It should be able to run it perfectly fine. Check the latest abit page to see if the bios supports a 7X multiplier. Since the multiplier is locked anyways, sometimes the bios will automatically detect it as 7X and with a 100 FSB.

I have a Coppermine 800MHz and a rev 1 board. works fine.
