Abit BH6 and LG DRD-820b Problem

I Just wanted to know if anybody else had this problem
I have an abit motherboard an LG drive and a yamaha CDRW 8424E
but when I enable the DMA for the LG drive the Drive seems
corrupt data like if I'm watching a DVD or VCD there will be
blocks on the screen.

The LG Drive I am using has the firmware version of 1.00
