Abit BF6 and Alpha PEP66~

I don't know if this has been discussed before...but I was wondering if the combination of slot adapter, FC-PGA, and alpha PEP66 would block any DIMM slots on an Abit BF6. I know that the Golden Orb does not block any slots ...but I would like to get a better cooling heatsink/fan if possible. I currently use two of the three available DIMM slots and I have a Celeron 366@578 with a RDJD K601 heatsink. I bought that heatsink specifically for its size ....but I have this feeling that it won't be good enough for an FC-PGA chip overclocked....any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
