Abit BF-6 and 133mhz memory ?

I wanted to take advantage of a good deal (in Hot Deals) on some 133mhz memory to use for later in another board but temporarily use it my BF-6. Will it work in this board if I set FSB @ 100 ? Can I mix it with the 100 mhz already installed ? Also, has anyone noticed any problems download BIOS updates from the Abit - I keep getting a dead link - help Thanks
