Abit BE6 and Visiontek Xtasy 5632?

I was looking at ordering the Xtasy 5632 and I had heard rumors that this card may not work with the older Abit boards. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
 
I had a Be6-II running with Visiontek 6564. Ran flawlessly on all games i played including MS flight simulator and CS.

 
Very cool Thanks. I had just read a previous message about some Agp incompatabilities with the board and the Visiontek graphics board. I just wanted to double check before ordering.
