abit at7 max 2 for my athlon - OWNERS UNITE

I bought the MB:
Can't upgrade BIOS - please let me know if someone has the same problem, or how u guys upgraded.
What are the best setting in the bios for the mb? I'm running an athlon 2100xp

OK, i was able to update the bios to the last bios, and even the beta one.

However i don't have much luck with my o/c stuff.
