ABIT AN8-Ultra Vs. Non-Ultra

Other than the Ultra having SATAII and better onboard audio, are there any other differences between these two boards? Can't seem to find any other differences...

Does the non-ultra come with the heatpipe solution?

Ahhh. No it doesn't. And it looks like in addition the Ultra has passive cooling, while the non-ultra has two fans installed at the IO section of the board...
