Abit AB9, good basic board for my needs?

I'm thinking of building a brand new system for my needs, using brand new parts all round. Here's a brief list of what I planon getting:
1. ABIT AB9 P965
2. C2D E6420 2.13GHz/4MB
3. Kingston DDR2 667MHz 1G (x2)
4. 8800 GTS 320MB

Memory I'll probably change to something with better timings, but otherwise thats roughly what I'll be putting into the new system. My mobo needs aren't that high, all I'll need is integrated audio and LAN. I think the AB9 has these. About a month after purchase & testing the system, I want to overclock both the CPU by 10% and the 8800 by 10%.

Here are my questions:
1. Is the Abit AB9 a good basic board for my needs?
2. Any quality issues with Abit, or the model?
3. Any compatiblity issues with other components?
4. I don't want to up the voltage when OCing, will this be possible? (yea I'm an OC newb heh)
5. Will the 667MHz memory be enough to support the OC?

Thanks.

1.yes, it's a decent value board with very good stock performance & quite reasonable overclocking (way more than 10%).
2. imo no more than on any comparable model from another mfr
3. the problems are usually the same as on similar mobos - the JMicron & not setting the RAM voltage correctly if using faster RAM that needs more than the JEDEC standard 1.8V
Only real quirk is the placement of the IDE socket
4. shouldn't be a problem for your stated oc
5. should be fine upto ~ 25% overclock (more if the RAM overclocks past it's official rating)
