Ability to post polls with thread

Right now if you want to make a poll you have to post and then go back and make it. If the poll is complex you get the first 20 replies of "WHERE IS THE POLL OMG POOL FAIL WTF".

It would be nice to be able to post a poll when you are writing the thread, to avoid these useless replies.
