Do they work? Who's bought one, used it, and seen results?

Anyone?

As oppose to what?

Sitting on the couch watching TV, yes.

Doing regular crunches, sit ups, leg raises, etc...., no.

A friend of mine bought one and claims to be much lighter! Strangely that was evident as soon as he placed the order and seemed localized to his right back pocket...;)

Kinda hard for them to work since they dont reduce fat around the area targeted. You have to get rid of fat if you want your abs to show then you need to use resistance to build the muscles up. I am tired of seeind crap on the market making false promises. the bottom line is nothing will ever replace diet and excercise, ask and good doctor and they will tell you the same thing.

LOL at tominator!

i've heard they work for somebody who is already mostly in shape and just looking for a little more definition... Its probably worth the money saved by not getting one, and just do some situps everyday.
