Ab workouts

Does anyone here have really good abs?
I need advice on ab workouts... my progress seems stagnant .
Right now I just do these exercises:
weighted crunches (40lb bell)
hanging leg lifts (front and sides)
dumbbell side bends
Any exercises that really seem to show results/hit different muscles I'm missing?

Thanks for the link... I'll try that today and see if I get sore...
My BF% is low, I need to fill in space in my torso where there is not enough muscle.

You can do these side crunches, I'm not sure what they are called, but lay down like you're about to do a sit up. Then, trying to keep your shoulders flat on the ground (they shouldn't be completely flat) lay your bent legs to either side. Then sit up vertically, just like normal except your legs will be sideways. This will give you that V-Cut thingy at the lower part of your abs. Then work the other side.

You can also lay flat on the ground, lift your legs up sliiiiightly off the ground, and do sit ups like that, (bringing your upper body up like in a normal sit up AS WELL as bringing your legs up to your chin) but when you go down don't let your shoulder blades or your heels touch the ground, the entire time your abs should be flexed.

I got pretty nice abs by doing as many sit ups as I could ( I usually stopped at around 100 once I started to get better) and 20 of those side crunch thingys each night.

I don't think crunches will define your abs as much as sit ups do, which is why females often do crunches instead of sit ups.
