i have beeen working on my eight pack, and my third ab muscle up onm the right is a tiny bit of center...any suggestions to move it over a tiny bit? THANKS
 
have your girlfriend walk on it. it works for back problems, so why not front problems?
 
i was planning to do it myself...side weighted crunches dont hit it right...Bought the Ab scissor by jake( never buy, its a fraud!) but that didn't help......but yea.... no surgery
