I was just wondering, after reading the recent news article about AAS settings, if anyone else has tried changing this factor. I have a computer engineer friend who told me that it should always be set to one-half of your total memory. I did this but never noticed any performance change. I was just curious if anybody has done this and if you have seen any performance/benchmark changes?
