Well I got up today early morning to start shoveling to take my car out. And when I came back, my neighbor parks his truck in my spot. I mean c'mon... I have a camry that can't make it through the snow but this dude puts his truck in my spot!! So I went around my complex trying to get into a parking spot but I couldn't make it through the snow in an empty spot. So I just thought I'd park in an illegal spot and get a shovel to clear up the snow. Well as soon as I get in my home, my neighbor thinking I parked the car comes out and takes his car out and I reclaim my parking spot ;)... heheh... now thats what I call 0wnage.

Cliff notes:
1. Got up in the morning to shovel snow around my car
2. When I get back, neighbor's truck is in my spot
3. Had a hard time getting another spot coz my camry can't make it through the snow in an empty spot
4. Park illegaly and go inside to get a shovel to clear a spot.. neighbor thought I parked, takes the truck out
5. I reclaim my spot
6. Get some ritalin if you need Cliif notes for this short story ;)

Especially if it was a F150, because I've decided that the only people who drive those are pseudo-hardasses who have really small penises.

so you were such a pussy that you didn't go and tell him to get his goddamn truck out of your spot? i would have told him to move and if he didn't, I would have spent the next hour replacing the snow I shoveled back onto his truck.

You don't go around looking for another spot when someone does that to you...You park your ass right behind him, go find the bastard, and fvck him up. Or just ask him nicely to move. It happens in my neighborhood all the time, since we have less parking spaces than we do houses, and it always causes some pretty good fights. Next time, put a lawn chair there when you leave...

Cliff Notes are about the same length as the regular version?

That's why there shouldn't be cliff notes for people who actually WANT to read the story instead of reading cliff notes. Cliff notes make it easy for lazy people who don't want to read someone's story and that's why there's so much neffing in those types of threads.

In Pittsburgh, where many neighborhoods have only on-street parking, if you shovel out a parking spot you normally put a chair out in it. Only people who don't care about getting flat tires and having other mischief befall their car will dare to move the chair and park there.

By law, street parking is first-come, first-served, but the culture dictates otherwise.

What kinda chair? Are we talking couch/lazyboy? If i see a chair in a spot, I am running over it and taking said spot. If you touch my car, prepare to feel my wrath! Thats the general rule in NJ.

Same way in and around Chicago...I've seen people shovel parking spaces and use everything from milk crates, to garbage cans, to wooden chairs to lay claim to their space. If someone ever removed somebody else's things and took over the spot, their ass was in trouble

I live in NJ also, and if someone parked in a spot I spent time shoveling out I would let them know.

If he hadn't moved I would've piled all the snow that I shoveled earlier onto his truck.

It's not really the size of the object as much as the concept. I've seen a stack of bricks being used to laim a parking spot. If you try to use your garden state sh!t in the windy city, your ass would be thrown into lake michigan, mafia style :D

Let them know...??? FYI, if it is not an assigned parking spot it is fair game.

Hmm, if you shoveled a spot for 10 minutes and someone was parked there when you got back you wouldn't be angry?
