What's wrong with changing your tranny fluid every year? If you have a sh|tbox honda or something, I can see why you wouldn't want to, but what if you have some $50,000 vehicle? Honestly, how much is it to change the tranny fluid? Virtually free in comparison to what you're paying every year in car payments. Kinda like changing your oil. Those who want to take really good care of their vehicles sometimes pay upwards of several dollars per quart of oil and change it once per month.

Perhaps I should have stated in my first post that they charge $89 for it (plus tax).

Yup..the same with jiffy lube..I was went to change the oil for my car...and they were like your tranny needs to have the fluids changed...and I was like WTF...it is 2005 car, and I got it about two months ago..
