AAH!! APPCOMAPT.TXT destroying everything!! :'(

Noooo!!!! Almost everything i do, or install, or start has an error in xp now!!!! I click on more detailed information....and EVERY TIME in the files that will be included, i get something like this...

C:\DOCUME~1\Mikel\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1D4.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt

THe bold part is not always the same when it comes to using different applications or games...but it always starts with WER and a number and letters... But the last part, the file, APPCOMPAT.TXT is always there, no matter what the directory is... i went to check out the txt file and i found this

You can tell thats from my morpheus application...

This problem is killing me!!! It happens with almost all the things i try to run!!! ANd then the error pops up and i have to close the program....:'( i dont know what happen....i thought windows xp pro was supposed to be awesome....im so sad....
