i have an asus cuv4x-e and a celly 1ghz....is there a compatability issue? i mean, i plug in the psu, the hdd, the cdrom, and the vid card, and only the cpu fan powers up...NO POWER GOING THROUGH THE 5V RAILS! i tried 3 different antec psu's, and same problem. i know the vid card works, and i know the mobo works. The only thing i can think of is that the cpu is causing some kind of short?

could it be that my board doesnt support the .13 and that this cpu is .13?
