Put me on the list of people Fedex has screwed!
I ordered a nice new JVC KD-G300 CD/MP3 in-dash unit as a gift for my wife from cardomain.com. The estimated arrival date was Saturday 12/5. We went on a shaopping trip to Scranton, PA - when we got home at 7:05pm I looked around the front door/porch - no package. I checed online and it was listed as "8:44AM on fedex vehicle out for delivery". I thought it was odd that we had no notice on our door or anything. Sunday moning I check the tracking status again - only now it is listed as "DELIVERED to PORCH at 7:33pm"
WTF!!!! We were home at 7:33pm - No FedEx driver was at my house!!!! Where the he** did they deliver it to???!!!
*Sigh* I filled out an online claim form and called and spoke to a customer service agent - they are looking into it..........
