rant

Well dosent this suck, a little over 2 months ago I had surgery on my left shoulder( i.e. repair rotocuff , scrape the ball and socket, 3 screws in the shoulder) and now I have to go back in for them to repair it once again, all was going good till some idiot almost broadsides me with there little honda accord that he/she though was a formula 1 racer, I swirve out of the way and end up getting sidways with my truck ( kinda hard controlling a stick shift with 1 arm the other arm in a immobilizer) well I come to a abrupt halt and have my left shoulder slammed into the driver side door and all that work comes all undone and that little shiet speeds off and nobody gets no plate # or nothing, now my Ins has to suck up the cost.

Nyical, that is so fcked up. Man....I'm...SORRY...I feel very badly for you.

Life can be very unfair. I'm a big believer in Karma; what you do today WILL come back to you down the road. Your life is a wheel, always spinning. You do good today *wheel spins* eventually the same spot in the wheel pops up again and you get good done to you or good luck.

The reverse also holds true. I have been on both sides of the wheel. He'll get his. Best of luck to you, bud. :)

if they didn't hit you, your insurance can't go after them anyways. reckless driving maybe but no accident occurred.

and if they DID hit you.. it's hit and run, and you're not at fault.... your insurance CANT stick you with the blame.

Either way I just want full usage of my left arm and shoulder again since I am left handed first off
and I am tired of taking pain meds, was just about off them completly when this BS occured and
now I am back on them again :|

As for my Ins they say I am not at fault but there going to nail me with a 1500.00 payment because
they think its not considered a emergency surgery but I am going to be seeing my Ortho Surgeon
today and see if he can get the Ins company to change there mind or at least get this classified
as a emergancy surgery.
