Now couple of questions:
1. What's your comment on the monitor? I just added it because price was right + 85hz @ 1024x768 is fine with me

2. How about the motherboard? I was gonna go with Soyo but what's the pros/cons on this mobo?

3. Am I forgetting anything???

You're satisfied with a 17"? If so, then it's ok. But I wouldn't go less than 19" :)

I would recommend:

MSI SIS motherboard
ECS motherboard
Epox motherboard

All around the same prices.

Also, why not get a Geforce4 instead of 3??

I just built a system with the same mobo last week. VERY FAST and painless install. Works like a charm.

BTW: $93 shipping??? Is that cause of the monitor? Thats quite steep.

Get a 19" monitor, ditch the Z560's if you have to - The monitor will far outlast the speakers, your eyes will thank you.

I'll be upgrading my 19" to a 22" here pretty soon, and to think that 6 months ago I had a 15".

And Deer PS are supposed to suck. For $20 more you get a Turbo link PS (which are supposed to be better). This is the case I have (the turbo link PS are 420W) and mine is black too. You will love it :D

I think you chose fine, those are all great components. That Soltek board is a nice one, just as good as the Epox and MSI other people have mentioned. Personally, i'd look into spending just a touch more on the monitor and getting a 19". If you're on a tight budget, take a look at the Samsung 950B, it's not the absolute best monitor out there, but it's still pretty good and you can't beat the price (under $200). I think you'll be pleased you spent the bit extra on the larger monitor.

You are better off getting an nforce mobo, and using the onboard sound instead of the live. Will come out to about the same price, but its a far better mobo, and a far better sound card.

And 93 is rape on shipping. Shop somewhere else. You should NOT be paying more than $30 to ship all that. At that rate, you might as well buy it all at compusa.

Get the monitor locally or when Dell has free shipping to save a truckload on shipping.

I'd personally get a Radeon 8500LE instead of a GF3 Ti500 for cheaper. Now that the drivers are more mature, it seems like a good choice.

Nforce would work fine too. The difference in benchmarks between the KT266A, KT333, and Nforce boards isn't really enough to get terribly worked up about, so it comes down to features and bang for the buck, IMHO. And at $72, the Soltek holds its own just fine against other boards. The Asus A7N266-VM for $84 (Newegg price) would be another decent choice, since you essentially get a backup video card tossed in for free, the downside being it's mATX form factor, so you lose some PCI slots.

And the biggest part of that shipping is likely for the case. It might work out better to see about buying that locally from a brick-n-mortar store.
