Divorce final as of yesterday.

I got ~$50K of equity in the house, no child support (no kids together), no spousal support, no alimony, no sharing of the 401K's, no debit to split, cars paid for.

My lawyer didn't believe me when I told her (on 3 seperate times that we had no debit aside from the mortgage)

Life is good.😀

I'm going to see the Nutcracker with my daughter tonight.😀

Nope, the house is mine, she signed away her rights to the equity, once she said she wanted to leave I put damage control into full overdrive, had her sign a contract to that effect before she moved out & had it notarized.

I also threw in a clause I saw once in a rental contract that she could sue me or try to break the contract, but any judgements awarded, legal fees etc would be paid by her, even if I lost. It was a motherfvcker of a contract.
