AAAH! Fix my secondary ide please

I just got p4s333 and i cant figure out how to get it working. It just wont find my CDROM on the secondary IDE. When i plug it in the primary one, it worked. Also i tried switching the hdds to secondary it wouldnt find em.
 
I would try just a single device on the secondary channel, set as master. If BIOS still doesn't see that drive, and you know the drive works, I'd say you got a faulty board. RMA time.
