Now apparently I only have one generic cd-rom drive on my computer, instead of a cd-rom and a cd-rw burner. When I click "Eject" on the drive, the trays on both of the drives pop out!

I'm seeking support from MS, but it'll probably take over a week to fix. Last time it did this, I reformatted, and it fixed it temporarily. That was last Friday....
