It's from Conan O'Brian and it's hilarious. That character is so nasty.

For those that haven't seen it, it's this lady with tight sweat pants on, but she put a sock down her pants to increase the "camel toe" look.

Camel Toe = apparent crease in the genital area of females. Usually noticeable when woman in question is wearing a bathing suit.
