Only if the game does it at the software level and so far there's only one AFAIK.They can do SS but the performance would be soo poor that it just wouldn't be worth it.

They can't do MS or SS antialiasing with that type of HDR, only the HDR used in the Source engine so far, and it's on the hardware level.
G80 will be able to do it though.

No, they really can do it. Other games with working HDR+AA are Farcry, SS2, AoE3, and maybe Chaos Theory, although I'm not sure about the last one.
