AA and Anisotropic w/ GeForce 4

Do you guys think that the poor AA and Anisotropic performance on the GeForce 4 ti series is more hardware- or driver-related? I'm hoping it's the latter (of course)...and the 43.00's that I just installed DO have better performance there, but not by alot.

It`s hardware related,the drivers are now very mature on the GF4 models,probably why Nvidia went back to the drawing board to bring out new models with better AA/FSAA as in the new FX models.

Damn, that sucks :\. At this point, my next video card may be an ATI...they seem to know what they are doing as far as future games go moreso than NVidia.
