My cool n quiet doesnt seem to be working. I have the option is BIOS enabled, and have the programs installed etc, but when I look at the current speed using the program that asus board comes with, it is constantly at the main speed of 2200. Even if I leave my board for a while at idle, it is still at the stock speed. Please help
 
My A8V Deluxe Rev 2 board does the same thing. The little popup always reads the same no matter what. I would also like some information on this bit of strangeness.

Yes I did. I also made sure that the Bios was set exactly as it said in the booklet. E.g. ACPI 2.0 Support set to yes and Cool N' Quiet Enabled.
