a8v with 90nm voltage issue?

Starting overclocking my 939 90nm 3200+, hit 2.44 with 1.45 volts, tried to go to 1.47 or 1.5 and bios will let me set it but windows still reads as 1.45 which isint enough to get it stable past 2.44ghz, any suggestions?

temps under full load never get above 40c (generaly hover between 38 and 40) so I know I can get this chip higher, just need voltage control, thinking of going to the 1009.3 beta bios to see if that actualy gives working voltage control.

hitting 2.5 at 48C under full load at 1.6v, was hopping for 2.6, but it doesnt look like this chip will get that far (maybe after running for a few days when the as5 sinks in the chip will go a little higher). I might try pushing to 1.65 or 1.7 volts, but I cant see keeping it at that, so if i do it will only be for testing purposes.

im running the 3200+ winchester as well on that mobo. im getting 2.5ghz @1.5volts. i do have to run a divider for the ram (3:2 on that mobo) but it seems stable. 30 mins on cs:s and no lockups, or glitchiness. temps are 31 idle and 38 after playing. never goes above the consistent 38.

I have the same voltage problem, but I've not flashed the latest beta bios. Hopefully Asus will get off their butts and finalize a 1009 bios sometime soon. 😉
