A8V & SATA Overclock?

I've been running my X2 3800+ @ 2.5GHz on my Asus A8V with no problems. I just added a 74GB Raptor (using all SCSI before) and now I can't even overclock 100MHz over. It seems that the built-in SATA controller would display corrupted info about the raptor and not even boot into windows. Is there an issue overclocking with SATA drives on the A8V? SATA locked?

Yes, the actual VIA BIOS prompt show the drive, but it's displayed corrupted or not listed at all. The minute I set the FSB back to 200 (from 250 or 240) it works fine.

What revision of the board is it?

Pre Ver2.0 didn't have pci locks as I recall, and sata seems very fussy about overclocking.

It is v2.0 Is there something in the BIOS I can change? Or would I have to just bite the bullet and get a PCI SATA card.
