I've been reading here a long time, and now that I have my new set up I'd appreciate a few suggestions.
new rig:
Asus A8V revision2
athlon64 3800+
1 gig kingston hyperx 3500
bfg 6800 gt
I have read a few posts on overclocking this board, but the most I can get out of it is changing the fsb to 210 at a multiplier of 12, so only 2520. I have seen a few sytems described who have been able to get to 2600 or so at 12 or 11.5 multiplier.
Any suggestions on memory settings or anything else which would help me get a little more speed out of this?
