A8V memory limit?

I recently bought a8v delux rev2, ocz 3700 EL ddr466, amd 64 3000+ winchester, It said in motherboard specs that it will allow memory up to PC3200, but i went ahead and bought 3700, the thing is that i can't get memory running faster than 210Mhz... the system becomes unstable and restarts sparadically. Are those limitations kicking in?

No motherboard can state that it supports anything above PC3200 because there's no spec above that. If you can't get it to run at higher speeds, up your VDIMM.
