system exactly in signature with stock speeds

bios 0404
OCZ Platinum DDr400 Pc3200 ram OCZ4001024ELPE 2 x 1gb
both are in the blue slots

cpu-z info in Slot #1 and Slot#2: Freq 200mhz, 2.5-3-2-5

can someone tell me where exactly can i change my settings in bios to run at 1t timing? i heard it was about 10% faster than 2t...

Try reading Section 4-25 of the manual. You need to set the "User Config Mode" to "Manual". Once set to "Manual", you will see options for "Read Preamble", "Asyc Latency", and "CMD ADDR Timing Mode". Set the CMD ADDR Timing Mode to "1T" and you're done.
