A8R32-MVP Deluxe Mother board

Hi There, Could any one help with my problem of o/c my ram..I have only ever o/c the fsb with this bord..but when it comes to ram it seems like a science in itself..

I have an Asus A8R32-MVP M-board with 64 x2 4200 CPU and 4 banks of corsair 512mb twinx ram...Would be gratefull
